We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Creator Strategy & Operations Intern to support our mission.

Our summer internship is a 12-week long program (May - Aug. 2026 or June - Sept. 2026) hosted in our New York City office and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Role
As the Creator Strategy & Operations Intern (Summer 2026), you’ll support the Scaled Creator Growth team, which builds scalable programs to help creators grow their audiences and earnings. Over 12 weeks, you’ll gain hands-on experience designing, executing, and measuring growth interventions — spanning marketing campaigns, accelerator programs, and research projects.
You’ll contribute directly to initiatives that help thousands of creators earn more money, and by the end of your internship, you’ll have led and measured your own growth interventions.
Learn to use data to measure the impact of growth initiatives and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Support teammates on a variety of projects — from pulling creator outreach lists to building Airtable dashboards.
Pitch new ideas for interventions that help creators adopt growth tools or strategies.
Execute and measure interventions of your own design, such as email campaigns, webinars, programs, or 1:1 creator training.
Investigate how successful experiments can be scaled into always-on programs (i.e. automated journeys, recurring webinars, or systematized outreach).
About You
You will be a rising senior in Summer 2026 who’s looking for hands-on experience in strategy and operations.

You’re excited to learn how to use data and how to run growth-focused campaigns.
You bring a “down for anything” attitude — no project is too big or too small.

The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family.
