Position Overview:
This position is for a CRM Admin, a role essential to ensuring the smooth functionality of our sales systems. We’re looking for someone who’s a tech wizard and excels in maintaining the health of our CRM, auditing sales reps’ behavior, troubleshooting tech issues, and optimizing integrations. Think of this role as the backbone of our sales operation—it’s all about ensuring our systems work seamlessly, identifying improvements, auditing sales process & CRM functionality adherence, and supporting our sales team’s needs. You’ll be the expert on our sales tech stack, along with the rest of our sales integrator team, and don’t worry—extensive training will be provided on all our specific systems, platforms, and workflows.

You have extensive experience with Hubspot CRM platforms
You have experience setting up and managing integrations through Zapier.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:
Audit sales reps’ CRM usage to ensure best practices and adherence to processes.
Consistently identify Data accuracy and revenue leakage issues in the CRM on a daily basis.
Serve as the resident CRM expert and provide training and support to new and existing sales reps.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the CRM reports and dashboards to quickly provide insights to sales mgmt when requested.
Audit CRM activities and follow-ups daily to ensure sales reps are on track and enforce adherence to the WFS process.
Ensure sales board and CRM revenue accuracy and consistency.
