Position Overview
This role is for a Revenue Performance & Call Intelligence VA, a mission-critical position responsible for turning raw sales conversations into structured insights that directly fuel coaching, performance management, and revenue outcomes.
You will operate as the connective tissue between our sales calls and our performance systems. On a defined cadence, you will pull call recordings and transcripts per sales rep, run them through our existing call analysis playbooks, SDR talk tracks, Success Plans, and AI-powered frameworks, and deliver clean, structured insights for leadership review and implementation.
This is not a passive admin role. This is an execution-heavy, detail-obsessed, systems-first role that directly impacts how we coach, manage, and scale elite sales teams.

Major Roles & Responsibilities
Pull sales call recordings and transcripts per rep on a defined daily and weekly cadence
Run calls through existing WFS call analysis playbooks, SDR talk tracks, Success Plans, and AI prompts
Identify trends in messaging, objection handling, discovery quality, and call control
Score and tag calls based on predefined performance criteria
Produce clean, structured insight reports per rep and per team
Surface coaching opportunities, behavioral gaps, and process breakdowns
Deliver executive-ready summaries that plug directly into Performance Management workflows
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all analysis deliverables
Continuously improve insight quality through feedback and iteration
