CRM Content Team Lead

We’re looking for a CRM Content Team Lead to drive the strategy, organization, and quality of all CRM content across our global markets. You’ll lead a team of writers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver engaging, localized, and high-performing content for the casino vertical. Your mission: elevate our CRM content into a structured, data-informed, and scalable operation that consistently delivers brand-aligned messaging and strong conversion results.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish frameworks and templates to streamline content production, translation, and localization.
• Partner with Automation as well as regional and local teams to tailor CRM content for specific audiences.
• Oversee and review CRM content to ensure it meets tone, style, and quality expectations.
• Implement efficient review and approval processes to balance speed with quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of CRM content writers to deliver impactful, brand-consistent copy.
• Continuously refine team workflows to improve efficiency and communication.

Requirements

• Exceptional English language skills. Additional language(s) of advantage.
• Experience in CRM content creation, editing, or localization within digital marketing, Betting, or iGaming.
• Proven leadership experience managing writers or content teams.
• Strong understanding of brand tone, message architecture, and audience segmentation.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working with multiple markets and languages.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, or similar content management and collaboration tools.
