Job Description
Reporting to the CRM Senior Director, we are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our team in Mexico City with a focus on design and delivery of CRM campaigns for our clients including delivery of our customer lifecycle planning products.
You have good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and mobile email design and enjoys staying current on industry best practices to support our clients with recommendations on innovative email features and capabilities including lifecycle strategy, dynamic content, interactivity, intelligent targeting, personalization, database segmentation, APIs and email templates.
Responsibilities
Daily hands-on execution of CRM and marketing automation campaigns. This includes ownership of the setup, maintenance, and review of recurring and triggered campaigns and automation rules, maintaining a current understanding of industry best practices and applying them to the execution of customer journey lifecycle campaigns.
Ideate strategies for innovative retention and loyalty programs to improve customer lifetime value (CLV), increase loyalty and reduce churn rates.
Make recommendations and promote the use of innovative email features and capabilities including dynamic content, interactivity, intelligent targeting, personalisation, database segmentation, APIs and email templates.
Collaborate with our creative team to design and create world class CRM campaigns.
Work with the analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure campaign success, including tagging strategies.
Analyse campaign and data results and reporting campaign performance, summarising key insights, and offering recommendations.
Preparation of content grids and journey flows for email, SMS, push notification communications.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in CRM with working knowledge of marketing automation solutions (Acoustic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Bloomreach, Braze, and Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience in Marketing Automation and CRM campaign strategies and best practices
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and mobile email design and an interest to be top of the class in this area
Working knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and Appsflyer (desirable)
Experience in loyalty programs, specially in the retail sector
Knowledge of digital campaigns through multiple direct channels including email, push notification, SMS, Whats-App.
Desirable knowledge of Customer Journey development.
Experienced in data analysis and ability to interpret it.
Knowledge in content grids, Tags for digital communication tracking
