What you will do:
As a Customer Onboarding Team Lead at Sensorfact, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our onboarding team and ensuring our customers get the best possible start with our platform. You will lead, coach, and inspire your team while driving continuous improvement in processes and performance. Specifically, you will:
Be the primary point of contact for your team, ensuring they meet and exceed their performance goals.
Coach and support your team members in their professional growth, managing all HR-related matters for your team.
Collaborate closely with other Team Leads and cross-functional teams to proactively identify and address potential challenges.
Drive continuous improvement within the Customer Onboarding team based on customer feedback and data, by leading initiatives that enhance performance and efficiency.
What you bring:
Proven experience as a Team Lead or Manager in a customer focused environment, such as Sales, Customer Success/ Support, or Recruitment.
A commercial mindset: you enjoy reaching targets and doing whatever it takes to help your team reach the goals.
A strong sense of ownership: you take initiative, embrace challenges, and approach obstacles with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Excellent communication skills: you are confident in giving constructive feedback and handling difficult conversations when needed.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
