We are seeking for a driven Customer Service Engineer, for Skopje region with embedded customer-thinking at every level experience to contribute Printec's overall business success, provide flawless post-sale technical support services and maintain trusted relationships with our customers based on advanced technology solutions.
You will be responsible to improve Printec's product performance and customer satisfaction through preventative maintenance & configuration adjustments, timely & successful delivery of contracted systems integration and technology solutions services such as complex, high-value systems & solutions that typically integrate hardware, software and/or services from multiple vendors. You will bring customer focus, consultative sales experience, exceptional problem solving & agility skills, passion for technology & best-practice sharing, and a proven track record for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Providing on site installations, repairs and upgrades of the company products, following produced CS plans either, by working alone, or as a part of a team
- Resolving Incidents and Problems addressed either, directly, from customers, and/or through the company’s Technical Escalation process
- Using existing skills and knowledge, as well as appropriate support resources to find resolution to customer incidents
- Production of pre-installation documentation containing detailed task lists and work plans for all sized installations following outlined templates
Requirements
- Minimum High School Degree, preferably Bachelor`s degree in HW/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering
- Preferably 2+ years of related experience
- Valid driving license B-cat.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, business awareness and creativity
- Communication skills and ability to work with customers
- English and Macedonian language knowledge
The advantage would be:
- Experience with ATM and POS systems or vending machines
- Experience with banking technologies, transaction processing and applications for self-service equipment
- SAP FSM User interface basic knowledge
