The role of the Customer Care Representative is to provide product information and product support to new and existing customers. This position works closely with several departments (i.e. sales, accounting, production, and shipping) to ensure orders ship on time and complete. Coordinates and acts as liaison between customer and internal departments ensuring customer’s needs are met completely.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- 3 years of Customer Service Experience or related area.
Skills/Abilities:
- Possesses an understanding of customer service satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills (verbal/written)
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Conduct on-line research
- Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Perform basic math and algebra
- Bilingual (Spanish, English Required)
Essential Results:
- Invoicing
- Sending Invoices to customers
- Sending Tracking numbers to customers
- Process PO´s
- Helping customers in general situations regarding products, invoices, shipments or warranties
- Follow up on warranties to customers
- Confirm ETA´s ( from PAV US and to customers )
- Control internal documents ( Receipt acknowledgements, tax information from customers, etc )
- Process RMA´s
- Other duties as assigned
