We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Associate to help agencies and small businesses thrive with our SEO and SMM tools. You’ll own engagement strategies for our mid-size clients, ensuring they see value, stay loyal, and grow with us. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Support, you’ll run initiatives like webinars, workshops, and product updates to keep clients informed and engaged. 🚀 What you’ll do
- You will be on a mission to help agencies and small businesses thrive with SE Ranking’s SEO and SMM tools.
- You’ll own customer engagement and success strategies for our mid-size segment - driving retention, reducing churn, and fueling client growth.
- Your work will ensure clients see measurable value, adopt our solutions with confidence, and stick with us for the long run.
- You’ll team up closely with Sales, Product, and Support, making sure every customer touchpoint feels seamless and impactful.
- From running webinars and workshops to guiding onboarding and success planning, you’ll turn customer insights into scalable strategies that spark adoption and uncover expansion opportunities.
- You will build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support businesses in achieving success.
👏 We're looking for someone who has
- A curious and proactive mindset - you dive into customer needs, spot opportunities, and keep improving engagement strategies.
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS or digital marketing, where you helped clients succeed and grow.
- Experience building scalable customer success programs for mid-size clients, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, combined with a data-driven approach to measure impact and guide decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple initiatives without dropping the ball.
Bonus points, if you have
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Jira, or similar), with bonus points for experience in Power BI or data analysis.
