Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the paid media strategy across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Capterra, and other relevant platforms
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two PPC specialists
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS)
- Develop and manage the paid media budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI
- Design and run A/B tests, experiments, and creative iterations across platforms
- Report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations regularly
- Work cross-functionally with internal marketing teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and performance alignment
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or digital product environment
- Experience managing a team and working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads with proven experience managing campaigns across additional paid channels like LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Proven track record managing successful paid acquisition campaigns across channels and geographies
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy and drive decision-making
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, PowerBI, HubSpot, or similar
- Familiarity with PLG and self-serve acquisition funnels
- Experience working with design or creative teams on ad concepts and iterations
