About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to help ensure every Peec AI customer has an exceptional experience using our platform. You’ll be the first point of contact for users, answering questions, solving problems, and helping customers get the most value from Peec AI. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, product, and engineering teams to improve support, shape onboarding, and help scale our customer experience as we grow. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys helping people, learning quickly, and taking ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you’ll do
Be the first point of contact for our customers: answering questions, sharing advice, solving problems, and keeping satisfaction sky-high
Jump on calls with leading brands and agencies, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and championed across our product and engineering teams
Help design and scale our CX process - from building out a help center to improving in-app onboarding
Support the launch of customer initiatives like events, webinars, and AMA sessions to engage and grow our user community
Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to marketing, sales, and product
1-2 years of Customer Success or Support experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup
A self-driven problem-solver who always goes the extra mile
Clear and warm communication skills - whether over email, chat, or live calls
Ambition to learn fast, grow with the team, and take on real responsibility
German language fluency
Experience with SaaS, B2B software, or marketing/SEO tools
Familiarity with help desk systems, onboarding flows, or community-building
Exposure to AI / SEO / growth tooling or customer support automation
Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
