Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience through 1-2 internships or roles in high-growth startups, venture capital, consulting, product management, or talent/HR-related functions
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly
High curiosity about startups, technology, and what makes exceptional teams
