We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative (Tier 1) to join our global Support team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them solve problems, understand our product, and get the most out of Hubstaff. You’ll mainly support customers via email and live chat, working closely with teammates across different time zones.

This role follows a fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Honduras time).
We know this is an early start — and because of that, we’re specifically looking for someone who is comfortable and consistently available to work this schedule long-term. This is essential for how our team supports customers globally.
Support customers via email and live chat (Intercom)
Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions in a clear, friendly way
Escalate more complex cases and ensure follow-ups happen on time
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
Collaborate with a global, remote support team
Based in Honduras and legally authorized to work there
2+ years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role (SaaS is a plus)
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Availability to work 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Honduras time), Monday–Friday
Experience with tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Help Scout, or Zendesk
Interest in automation tools (e.g., Zapier)
Curiosity about software and continuous learning

Full-time employee (via EOR)
Base salary: ~L 32,950/month (≈ USD $1,240–$1,250/month)
Additional payments: 13th and 14th month salaries (standard in Honduras)
Total annual compensation: ~USD $18,500–$20,000
