Position summary:
The Service Delivery Engineer for Cybersecurity is a key technical role, focused on supporting our cybersecurity solutions for clients. This job also involves showing clients how our offerings work and what benefits they bring through Proof of Value (POV) and Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations. One other role is helping with Korea’s security compliance. You'll help clients understand rules like South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and support them in passing necessary checks. You'll work directly with clients to set up and adjust solutions, check system health, and provide technical guidance. This helps build strong client relationships with good service and clear communication.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Technical Service Delivery & Validation:
- Lead the deployment and configuration of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring seamless integration into client environments.
- Conduct Proof of Value (POV) and Proof of Concept (POC) engagements to demonstrate the effectiveness and tangible benefits of our solutions to clients.
- Provide in-depth technical support and troubleshooting for deployed cybersecurity solutions, resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Design cybersecurity solutions for user, network, and cloud protection with no room for error.
- Develop technical documentation, including architecture design and operational guides, for implemented solutions.
Customer Engagement & Compliance Support:
- Engage regularly with clients to understand their security landscape, objectives, and evolving requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for security best practices and technology adoption, building strong client relationships.
- Perform detailed analysis and risk assessments, considering regulatory and compliance requirements.
Solution Design & Optimization:
- Proficiently design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions, including managed and professional services, tailored to customer needs and integrated with existing environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and align with the company's technical capabilities.
- Prepare solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and compliance framework summary guidelines as required.
Technical Knowledge & Development:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security technology trends, emerging threats, and new cybersecurity and network technologies.
- Research and analyze competitors' security products, identifying differentiators and positioning our company’s solutions effectively.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or related
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related IT security fields
- Strong ability to write structured security reports and create reusable report templates
- Able to explain security solutions or technologies to customers in a clear and professional manner, and able to conduct POC or POV for security solutions
- Experience working in a cloud environment and cloud security will be a value add.
- Comfortable with basic English communication (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in English communication, especially in professional/technical settings
- Experience with security vendors and products (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler/Netskope, CrowdStrike, Splunk, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with ISMS or ISMS-P compliance projects
- Holding relevant certifications such as CPPG or other security/privacy-related credentials
- Knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), data security, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
