This role allows you to work in the picturesque setting of Greece, providing exceptional service to Danish-speaking customers. You will play a vital role in assisting clients with their travel inquiries and ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide detailed information about accommodations, locations, and services available through Booking.com.
  • Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system to track inquiries and feedback accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience and service delivery standards.
  • Stay up to date with promotions, policies, and new features to provide informed support to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and provide effective resolutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer literacy.
