This position requires relocating to Greece, where you will be an essential part of our customer support team. In this role, you will assist our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring that their courier service inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to courier services, including shipping options, tracking information, and service policies.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues.
• Stay updated on the latest company services, shipping rates, and industry trends to offer informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the courier or logistics sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is advantageous.
• A willingness to relocate to Greece for this position.
