Danish Speaking Customer Service for Biotechnology industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to support our clients in the Biotechnology industry. In this crucial role, you will offer exceptional assistance to our Danish-speaking customers, helping them navigate inquiries related to our biotechnology products and services.

Your fluency in Danish will be instrumental in ensuring effective communication with clients, allowing you to address their questions, provide detailed product information, and assist with any service-related issues. You will play an essential role in fostering relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction in this specialized field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Danish via phone, email, and chat regarding biotechnology products and services
• Assist clients with technical questions, order processes, and product usage
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for accurate record-keeping
• Collaborate with the technical support and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance service delivery and product offerings
• Stay informed about developments in the biotechnology field and our product lines
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain a deep understanding of our services

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on technical support
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries, is highly desirable
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to providing high-quality service and support to clients
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
