Data Collector/ Public Opinion Surveyor

Job Functions:

- Collect information from bus riders to secure their opinions on a variety of topics via paper surveying and tablet interviewing

- Distribute/collect surveys, and interviewing/assisting people in completing a public transportation survey

- Record information including time, passenger refusals, and overall passenger counts

Qualifications

- Must be 18 or older

- Minimum Education -- HS Diploma or GED

- Be able to stand for extended periods of time

- Be able to carry/lift 10 lbs

- Be able to speak clearly, communicate effectively and read with corrected vision

- Strong customer service skills and be self-motivated

- Be able to follow written and oral directions

- Bi-lingual is a plus
