The Data Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing DataOps initiatives within an onsite–offshore delivery model. This role owns the end-to-end operations of data platforms and data pipelines, ensuring high availability, operational stability, timely releases, and continuous improvements. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, cloud, operations, and business stakeholders to drive reliability, automation, and scalability across the data ecosystem.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day operations of data platforms and pipelines to ensure reliability and performance
• Oversee end-to-end DataOps delivery across onsite and offshore teams
• Ensure smooth production support, including L1/L2 issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution
• Plan and manage releases, enhancements, and operational changes with minimal business impact
• Drive operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and process improvements
• Collaborate with data engineering, cloud, DevOps, and analytics teams to ensure platform scalability and resilience
• Establish and track operational KPIs, SLAs, and service metrics
• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies effectively to business and technical stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate operational risks related to data availability, quality, and performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across data operations and delivery processes
