As the Day Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring high standards in service, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the spa's daily operations, including staff management, client bookings, and service delivery.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional services and exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain quality control of all spa services and treatments to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Coordinate inventory management and supply procurement while keeping track of expenses.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Create and promote seasonal spa packages and special promotions to attract guests and grow the spa’s clientele.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in spa treatments and wellness practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in spa management or a similar leadership position within a hospitality setting, preferably in a seasonal environment.
- Strong understanding of spa services, health and wellness trends, and operational management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and guest relations.
- Ability to drive sales initiatives and create memorable guest experiences.
- Organizational skills and attentive to detail in managing operations.
- Passion for the wellness industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in spa management, beauty therapy, or related disciplines.
- Willingness to work during peak winter season, including weekends and holidays.
