About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to accelerate marketing in general and demand generation in particular.
You will architect and execute a modern, AI-accelerated demand capture engine that increases marketing influence on pipeline and reduces reliance on pure outbound sourcing.
This is a high-autonomy, high-upside role reporting to the VP of Marketing. You will operate as an individual contributor and primary growth architect, with a clear path to Director-level scope and expanded budget authority for strong performance.

What You Will Do:
Build the Demand Engine
Design and execute demand capture programs targeting CISOs, VPs of Security, and AppSec leaders in the mid-market.
Increase marketing-influenced pipeline and reduce the percentage of SDR-sourced deals.
Develop repeatable campaign frameworks across paid, ABM, SEO, and outbound support.
Run AI-Accelerated Experimentation
Use AI tools to accelerate campaign testing, messaging refinement, and performance analysis.
Implement AI-assisted persona modeling and ICP refinement in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
Automate reporting, insights, and performance dashboards to create tight feedback loops.
Build internal GPT workflows to support marketing operations and sales enablement.
Launch and scale programmatic SEO initiatives.
Manage Field Events
Plan and coordinate ~20 hosted field events annually in partnership with sales - some virtual, some live (and travel to some of them).
Drive account targeting, messaging, promotion, and follow-up enablement.
Measure performance based on pipeline influence, meeting conversion, and deal acceleration — not vanity metrics.
Optimize the Marketing Stack
Leverage HubSpot, Salesforce, Ahrefs, Claude, and other tools to build structured workflows and measurable impact.
Establish clear KPIs tied to marketing-influenced pipeline.
Reallocate budget quickly based on performance data.
What We’re Looking For:
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (hybrid flexibility; 1–2x/week in-person strongly preferred).
3–10 years of B2B marketing experience (high-growth SaaS preferred).
Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing.
AI-native mindset: you actively experiment with AI tools to improve velocity and scale.
Strong analytical thinking — you design tests, measure rigorously, and iterate quickly.
Highly organized and operationally disciplined.
Comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a zero-to-one environment.
Sales-aligned and commercially aware.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and performance analytics platforms.
Willingness to travel quarterly for field events.
Cybersecurity experience is helpful but not required. We care more about speed, rigor, and learning velocity.

Salary Range: $125,000 - 145,000 + equity. Exact compensation will vary based on skills and experience.
