Deposit Acquisition & Growth: Actively source and acquire new customers for deposit products (savings, fixed deposits).
Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty and long-term deposits.
Market Research & Analysis: Identify target market segments and track competitor deposit products.
Product Knowledge & Education: Stay informed about the company’s deposit offerings and educate clients.
Reporting & Compliance: Provide regular performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Cross-Selling: Promote additional products to customers and identify opportunities to upsell deposits.
Minimum Educational Qualification: OND in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or banking.
Previous experience in deposit mobilization or handling customer accounts is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong sales & marketing skills to acquire new customers.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Customer service skills for relationship building.
Strong attention to detail in account management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
