Design FAE Manager - EDA and IP

As a EDA & IP Field Application Engineer Lead, you are responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support for our EDA tools and IPs to our customers. The responsibilities include: 

作为应用工程师主管，负责对公司客户的EDA工具及IP的售前和售后的技术支持，岗位职责如下： 

• Discovering new project or new customer from technology point of view, discussing with customers on their application, proposing Silvaco solutions to best-fit customer requirements  

从技术角度发掘新的项目或客户，与客户探讨其技术要求，提供适合客户需求的Silvaco的解决方案 

• Work with sales team to grow business, achieve high customer satisfaction and strong customer relationship 

与销售团队紧密合作，推动业务增长，提升客户的满意度，建立良好的客户关系 

• Mentor FAE engineers 

指导和带领其它 FAE团队成员一起支持所有客户项目 

• Work with the R&D team to enhance the capability of Silvaco tools and quickly respond to the customer’s new technical requirements  

与研发团队紧密合作，增强Silvaco工具的优势，快速响应客户新的技术需求 

• Business travel required 

需要不定期出差 

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science etc. 

微电子、电子工程、计算机等专业硕士及以上学历 

• 5+ years of Standard Cell Library or SRAM design experience preferable in advanced process nodes.  

5年以上先进工艺节点的标准单元库或者SRAM设计经验 

• Proficient in Spice Simulation 

精通电路Spice仿真 

• Experience in Physical Verification (DRC, LVS) and PEX 

具有物理验证DRC、LVS和寄生参数提取相关经验 

• Experience in supervising and guiding a team  

具有团队管理经验 

• Familiar with PDK for both mature and advanced process nodes. 

熟悉成熟及先进工艺节点PDK 

• Familiar with Foundation IPs (Std. cell library, Memory, I/O) 

熟悉标准单元库、嵌入式存储器及I/O等IP 

• Scripting in python, Tcl, and/or Perl Scripts 

具有使用Python、Tcl或Perl等脚本语言的能力 

• Programming experience preferred 

有编程经验者优先 

• Familiar with Synthesis, P&R Preferred 

熟悉Synthesis，P&R者优先 

• FAE Experience preferred 

具有应用工程师工作经验者优先

• Required to be able to work in English with an overseas team
