Review profiles: Review design profiles and assess their suitability for the role.
Conduct initial screenings: Conduct phone screenings to understand more about the candidates and share details about the open roles we have
Community engagement: Build and nurture connections within the design community through networking events and online groups.
Content writing: Create insightful posts on tech hiring trends, challenges faced by candidates and hiring managers, and strategies for navigating the job market.
