Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must:

• Hold a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Have basic knowledge about digital marketing or performance marketing, especially in areas such as Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Web Analytics.
• Be able to assist in the creation of End to End campaign: set-up, launch, measure and optimize campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & LinkedIn
• Be willing to participate to strategic planning, budgeting & execution, according to clients' requirements
• Have a basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and email and display advertising.
• Understand and have experience with tools such as Google Ads Editor and Facebook Business Manager.
• Be Google Ads Certified in Search, Shopping, Display & Video Advertising
• Be able to assist in producing custom reports in Google Data Studio and advanced presentations
• Be willing to have a successful day to day contact with the clients
• Be willing to follow the latest developments about internet marketing techniques and practices
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Be passionate about the online industry and eager to learn and grow.
• Be comfortable working in a team and on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting in the setup, launch, measurement, and optimization of end-to-end campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and campaign execution based on client objectives.
• Proposing advertising strategies that span branding and performance, including SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Display Advertising.
• Creating custom reports and dashboards in Google Data Studio.
• Producing engaging and visually appealing presentations for internal and client use.
• Maintaining day-to-day client communication and ensuring alignment on campaign goals and performance.
• Staying current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Desirable Skills

It should be taken into consideration if you:

• Have prior experience in a similar position, in an Agency environment
• Have experience with Programmatic Advertising
• Are confident in using other Social Media Ad Platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads
• Have a sound understanding of e-commerce
• Have knowledge of Analytics fundamentals and past experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Have expertise with Excel, Google Spreadsheets (scripting desirable), Google Forms
• Have Facebook Blueprint & Google Analytics Certifications
• Are familiar with email marketing platforms
• Have a degree in Business, Marketing & Advertising or similar
