The goal
As a Performance Marketing Specialist (Social), you are the expert in leveraging social media advertising platforms to drive performance and customer acquisition. You will be hands-on in developing and executing our Social ads strategy, focused on maximizing ROI and reaching our growth targets across all relevant platforms. You will serve as the crucial link between Brand and performance, ensuring campaigns are both on-brand and highly effective.
What you will do
As part of the Growth team, you will contribute to the strategic development and implementation of our full-funnel advertising and growth strategies. You identify and analyze the nuances in current social customer acquisition journeys and realize continuous improvements that drive ROI and ROAS. You contribute to performance-driven improvements and collect and share insights to optimize future campaigns across the entire customer acquisition journey. Your focus lies on ROAS, the balance between paid and other traffic, and performance versus business targets.
Social ads:Taking ownership of the social ads strategy & execution across all relevant platforms. You are responsible for performance across social ads channels and their broader impact on customer acquisition. You will coordinate the campaign execution with our performance marketing agency and utilize tools like Billy Grace.
Advertising insights: Providing key insights into customer journeys and content performance derived from social advertising campaigns.
Campaign management: Managing social advertising campaigns and serving as the primary contact for the Brand team.
Who are we looking for?
You are a performance marketer who loves data but understands brand equity. You are not afraid to dive into the social ad account yourself, but you also know how to brief an agency and content team to get the best results.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, working with digital brands.
Tooling: Deep knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Billy Grace, Smartly, Google Analytics (GA4), or other relevant social advertising tools.
Mindset: Commercial, analytical, and result-oriented, with a respect for brand equity. You dream in ROAS and CPA.
Language: Fluent in English.
