Position Overview Brilla Schools seeks a mission-driven, results-oriented leader to serve as Director of Enrollment for the Brilla Schools Network in the Bronx. The Director of Enrollment will own and execute the network-wide enrollment and retention strategy across elementary and middle school portfolios, ensuring Brilla meets ambitious growth, retention, and compliance goals while delivering an exceptional, family-centered enrollment experience.
This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven leader with deep enrollment operations experience who can both set vision and build durable systems, while coaching and developing a high-performing enrollment team. The Director of Enrollment reports to the Deputy Chief Operations Officer and partners closely with school leaders, operations, data, marketing, and external vendors
Core Competencies & ResponsibilitiesThis role owns a department or function across the network, including strategy, systems, and performance outcomes. The Director of Enrollment designs and implements processes that drive quality, equity, and consistency, manages Managers and/or team leads, and uses data and stakeholder feedback to improve results. This leader ensures strong execution while building sustainable systems for growth.
The Director of Enrollment provides strategic leadership, systems ownership, and people management for all enrollment and retention efforts across the Brilla Schools Network. This role ensures enrollment operations are compliant, efficient, data-informed, and family-centered, while driving consistent practices and strong results across campuses.
