Director of Critical Care, ICU, needed for lovely Texas location. Client is a general acute care organization.

Candidates must be a Team Leader Director of ICU, skills in teaching, mentoring, leading a team of professionals. Must have strong people skills. Will be responsible for Critical Care dept., hiring, firing, program development, leading, mentoring, budgeting, etc.

Nursing Director must have an RN, BSN and Masters highly preferred. CCRN, ACLS, BCLS, CPR certifications.

Qualifications
