Manager of Hospital Plant Operations, Facilities Management
Manager of Plant Operations will rep. to Director of Facilities Management. Will have two hospital responsibility over Plant Operations. Seeking someone with strong experience in the following:
plant equipment and facilities systems in order to ensure life safety, continuous operations, longevity, and attractive appearance. Responsible for managing maintenance service and repair in the areas of power plant operations and general maintenance. Establishes and updates mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) standards for the hospitals. Responsible for the management of retrofit and project modifications. Takes lead in energy management strategies. May be involved in projects and operations of other off-site facilities. Assists the department director with special projects as assigned. Responsible for Life Safety Management. May create mechanical sketches to show mechanical upgrades, modifications or new installations.

Qualifications
5+ years experience in hospital Plant Operations in hospital setting with BS degree in Mechanical Engineering highly preferred.
Strong experience with energy reducing measures.
