Duties include but not limited to,
- Overlooking sales/ production department and streamlining the operations.
- Quality control: ensuring jobs are being done on time/ budget as per Renovco’s Standards.
- Dealing with insurance companies and adjusters
- Supervising project managers and activities onsite;
- resolving concurrent problems arising during projects;
- Closing leads and generating sales
- Business Development
The Director of operation should have:
- Excellent human relationship skills
-Experience in dealing with insurance companies and adjusters is an asset.
- Ease in multi-tasking
- sales training experience
- Experience in construction renovation, restoration and design.
