Our sought General Manager should be able to wear many hats.
Duties include but not limited to,
- Recruiting and training Project managers
- Hiring and training workers and subcontractors
- Ensuring proper replenishment of human resources Foreman/workers/designers/sub trades.
- Coordinating workers' schedules ensuring each person completes their work in the correct order for the project to progress efficiently.
- Management of the Design Showroom Center
- Managing warehouse operations and content
- Resolving concurrent problems arising during projects
- Closing leads and generating sales
- Business Development
The General manger should have:
- At least 7 years of Experience in construction renovation, restoration and design.
- Excellent human relationship skills: Especially that he/she will be in contact with clients, as well as spending significant time collaborating with architects, engineers, inspectors, insurance adjusters and other building specialists.
- Ease in multi-tasking
- Sales training experience
- An analytical mind, attention to detail and ability to make impromptu decisions.
- Ability to mediate conflict and soothe egos to get the job done
- Ability to properly allocate resources and utilizing the maximum out of resources to complete the task efficiently.
