The Director of Social Media will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Tinder’s global social presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms. You’ll oversee a team responsible for content, community management, and influencer. This role is ideal for someone who can operate like a founder of Social at Tinder — building systems, setting standards, and driving cultural relevance. You’ll bring a “start-from-scratch” mentality while thriving in a high-growth, high-visibility environment.
