From identifying hard-to-find talent to managing our candidate databases, you’ll be the engine that finds the high-caliber professionals our team needs to succeed.
About the role:
A typical day in the life of our sourcing specialist may include managing our CRM+ATS platform, updating candidate pipelines, and hunting for talent across social media, job boards, and universities.
- You’ll build the pipeline by proactively sourcing potential hires for future needs, ensuring we always have a pool of qualified industry professionals ready to go.
- Coordinate with our marketing team to develop targeted recruiting campaigns and manage our referral and alumni processes.
- You’ll assist with the initial screening process by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens to identify the best fits.
- Whether you’re strategically placing job ads or attending career fairs, you’ll be the face of Nextep to potential applicants.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations while keeping our ATS and CRM data accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements
About you:
- You have some related experience as a Sourcing Specialist or Sourcer, with a proven track record of finding talent in a fast-paced environment.
- You have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to present information effectively to managers and candidates alike.
- You are highly self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and top-tier time management skills.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent (though a Bachelor’s degree is a plus!).
