Become a Mobile Care Professional with Provado Mobile Health - Pay: $120.00 - $150.00 per day

- Availability window between: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Job Details
- Steady, pre-scheduled, recurring medical appointments
- Long and short distance trips.
- Methadone Member Transportation.
Pay & Contractor Status
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Drivers earn between $120.00 to $150.00 per day, or more depending on member loaded miles.
- Earnings discussed and emailed during a phone screen.
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
- Consistent routes, predictable income, and weekday availability.
Requirements
- Vehicle Requirements
- Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating
- Must be a 2011 or newer
- No vans or gas guzzlers
- Your name MUST be listed on the vehicle you will use.
General Preliminary Requirements:
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
- Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition.
- Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years).
- Have a good Driving Record - No more than two moving violations or at fault accidents in previous three (3) years, No DUI / DWI or suspensions in the past five (5) years.
Network Onboarding Requirements:
- Clean background & driving record
- Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or willing to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
- Complete CTAA PASS and NSC Driver Safety online training (2–3 hrs each; provided)

We are seeking professional, punctual, polite, and responsible individuals to use their own vehicles to serve as independent Mobile Care Providers, driving members of select health plans to and from their dialysis appointments.
Often thought of as a healthcare Uber Driver, no medical care is required during transfer – simply reliable, on-time service. Mobile Care Professionals and Driving Caregivers are independent contractors free to work and earn when they want, and as much or as little as they want.
