Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to online banking services, accounts, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide accurate information regarding account management, technical support, and banking products.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to online banking platforms.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring an exceptional banking experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
• Stay informed about new banking features and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle complex inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is desirable.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
