Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, monitoring online orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth operations across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.
Ensure accurate product information including descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.
Monitor daily online orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns on online platforms.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Plan and implement online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Work closely with the marketing and design teams for promotional banners and campaigns.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
