Position: E-COMMERCE PRODUCT COORDINATOR
Salary range: up to $2,000 New Zealand Dollar (around ₱69,000+ PHP) (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm NZT (5am-1pm Philippine Standard Time)
Work set-up: 100% Remote work
Holidays: New Zealand Public Holidays

ABOUT THE ROLE
The eCommerce Product Coordinator manages product content and imagery on the website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. This role supports product uploads, launches, and collections, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to maintain a high-quality online presentation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Product Setup & Maintenance
- Upload and maintain product information on Shopify, ensuring accuracy of product data, pricing, sizing, and attributes
- Create and update Shopify collections in line with merchandising and trading guidelines
- Monitor live product pages for errors or missing information and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain consistent product presentation across the website
Image & Asset Management
- Source product images from suppliers and online portals
- Edit product imagery using approved Photoshop templates, performing light retouching in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom to meet brand standards
- Ensure all product assets are correctly named, formatted, and uploaded
Launch & Range Coordination
- Support monthly product drops, ensuring in-stock products go live on site by agreed deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, embargoed products, and timing requirements
- Liaise with suppliers to follow up on missing or incomplete product assets
Site Merchandising Support
- Assist with website merchandising by maintaining collections and product ordering as directed
- Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager with execution tasks such as creating size guides and updating existing content
- Ensure consistency of product presentation and navigation across brands and categories

Technical Skills & Tools
- Proficient user of Shopify (admin / back end)
- Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Lightroom
- Microsoft Teams
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
