Dépassement et défis stimulants :

Dans le cadre de tes fonctions, tu auras la chance de côtoyer les sommités du domaine de la simulation et de travailler avec des outils à la fine pointe de la technologie. Tes clients externes seront les fabricants, les entreprises en ingénierie, les producteurs d’électricité (tel qu’Hydro-Québec) et les opérateurs de réseau de transport et de distribution.

En tant que FAE, tu feras de la mise en service, de l’intégration, du support client et de la formation clients;

Notre équipe d’ingénieurs d’application possède de bonnes connaissances techniques ainsi que de très bonnes aptitudes en communication et en résolution de problèmes. Ce sont ces aptitudes qu’ils recherchent en leur futur collègue.

Tu travaillerais environ 85% du temps dans nos bureaux de Montréal et tu seras appelé à te déplacer environ 15% chez nos clients, entre autres aux États-Unis.

Responsabilités principales :

• Offrir du support à propos de nos produits électroniques et logiciels;
• Faire de la mise en service et de la formation;
• Faire l’intégration de nos produits chez les clients;
• Faire des essais à l’interne.

Exigences :

• Scolarité: Baccalauréat en génie électrique (de préférence), en génie logiciel, ou en génie mécanique;
• Expérience: 1 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente (l’expérience de tes stages est pertinente pour nous);
• Connaissances requises : MATLAB/Simulink;
• Connaissances linguistiques : bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et du français;
• Compétences recherchées : passion pour la résolution de problèmes; aimer les défis et avoir une bonne capacité à travailler sous pression; exceller en relations interpersonnelles et/ou en service à la clientèle.
  

Atouts :

• Connaître et/ou avoir de l’intérêt pour l’industrie de l’aéronautique;
• Connaître les FPGA et la programmation VHDL;
• Connaître des protocoles de communication;
• Avoir fait du développement (Python, C++).

Achievements and stimulating challenges:

As part of your duties, you will have the chance to meet the leaders in the field of simulation and to work with tools on the cutting edge of technology. Your external customers will be manufacturers, engineering companies, electricity producers (such as Hydro-Québec) and transmission and distribution network operators.

As a FAE, you will do commissioning, integration, customer support and customer training;

Our team of application engineers has good technical knowledge as well as very good communication and problem solving skills. These are the skills they are looking for in their future colleague.

You would work approximately 85% of the time in our Montreal offices and you will be called upon to travel approximately 15% to our customers, including in the United States.

Main Responsibilities :

• To provide support for our electronic products and software;
• To do customer commissioning and trainings;
• To integrate our products to customers;
• To do some internal testing. 
  

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (preferably), software engineering, or mechanical engineering;
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (we consider your internships experiences relevant);
• Required knowledge: MATLAB / Simulink;
• Language abilities: good command of English and French;
• Required skills: passion for problem solving; love challenges and good ability to work under pressure; excel in interpersonal relations and / or customer service.
  

Assets :

• Experience and / or interest in the aeronautical industry;
• Experience in FPGA and VHDL programming;
• Knowledge of communication protocols;
• Experience in software development (Python, C ++).
