You’ll join as an Engineering Manager in our Product Engineering organisation, focusing on one of our core brokerage domains. From the start, you will lead one engineering team end-to-end in one of these domains. As we scale in 2026, we expect this scope to expand to two teams.
As Engineering Manager, your mission is to inspire and guide engineers to grow individually and within the organisation, raising the bar on operational excellence, automation and risk management in a highly regulated environment. You are ready to drive change, simplify complex systems and experiment in search of the best solutions for our partners, our operations teams and our regulators.
You’ll build a strong understanding of your domain’s product and business context, and use this knowledge to guide your teams. There will be strong engineers in your teams who take day-to-day ownership for technical design, standards and delivery quality, while you focus on creating the environment, clarity and structure in which they (and the whole team) can excel.
This is your opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and collaborate with experienced professionals from Product, Brokerage and Operations, building upon your previous experiences to build the investment infrastructure for the next 100 million retail investors in Europe.

Partner with Product and Operations to define the strategy and goals for your domain.
Raise the bar on quality, reliability, and security. Co-own domain posture with senior ICs and ensure big technical work is justified and deliverable.
Grow strong ICs into leaders. Identify high‑potential engineers and give them clear ownership, stretch projects, and feedback so they can grow into Senior+ roles.

Partner with Operations to identify possibilities to improve operational efficiency.
You have gained profound technical leadership experience as Engineering Manager or Head of Engineering. You have led and grown one or more backend-heavy teams in a fast-paced environment and achieved ambitious goals.
Brokerage, payment, or financial services excite you. Ideally, you had prior touch points to Fintech professionally.
Have solid experience with API-first, cloud-based architectures, and know what good looks like in terms of reliability, observability, security, and incident response in production systems.
You take pride in being technical. You can read and review well-structured, tested code in a modern high-level language, challenge designs and trade-offs, and bring a pragmatic engineering perspective to product discussions without needing to be the primary implementer.
You have a deep understanding of software development processes and their failure modes, and know how to set a team up for success.
You are an empathic leader that can inspire others. You know how to encourage strong (cross-functional) collaboration, develop your team members and foster a strong sense of collaboration across the whole team.
You have an intrinsic motivation to understand the product and business side of things. You are keen to contribute to & influence the wider company direction and culture.
