Engineering Responsible

- Co-work with project managers and project team to accomplish projects with results fit to targets.
- Responsible to deliver engineering deliverables for each development phase.
- Responsible for system architecture definition and optimization for both functionality and performance,
generate the technical concepts and technical solutions according to the system architecture.
- Responsible for new technologies surveys, evaluations, and phase into new designs.
- Organize, guide, and collaborate with engineers in project team and/or ODM partners to deal with engineering topics, come out proposals, technical solutions, risk assessments, and do implementation during product development.
- Worldwide collaboration, cross regions and cross functions communication, alignments for engineering topics.
- Report and update engineering status to management team regularly.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering.
- Widespread knowledge and experience across firmware framework, electrical design, mechanical design, optical design.
- Experienced with ARM-based embedded system, and system architecture design according to ARM-based SoC.
- Experienced with networking products, IP security camera products.
- Experienced with design and development of camera products.
- Over 5 years work experience as project leader role, used to collaborate with multiple engineering functions (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Firmware and Software Engineering, Production Engineering, etc.).
- Over 5 years work experience with ODM suppliers. Strong skills and determination to drive/guide internal and external resource to overcome technical bottlenecks and critical issues with solutions.
- Logic thinking, systematic problem-solving skill.
- Good communication skill, fluent in English speaking.
