What We Do
Conduct is building the AI operating system for Enterprise IT, starting with the deepest cost center and innovation bottleneck in global business: the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and change management of mission-critical enterprise systems.
Across the world’s largest companies, thousands of internal analysts and developers, plus fleets of external consultants, spend their days manually understanding custom code, resolving incidents, analyzing processes, and preparing system change requests. For many enterprises, this translates into hundreds of millions of dollars per year just to keep core systems running, slowing down innovation at the very center of the business.
Conduct changes this fundamentally. We’re the first system that actually understands enterprise applications bottom-up: from the single code line, to logic, to entire system interdependencies and can reason about them the way the best human experts do, but at machine scale. We’re starting with SAP, the backbone of over 90% of global commerce. Customers such as Daimler Truck, Rittal, and Heidelberg Materials already use Conduct to automate system analysis, resolve issues in minutes, cut millions in IT spend, and accelerate ERP transformations by months.
But SAP is only the starting point. We’re building toward a future where enterprise systems are self-aware, self-healing, and continuously optimising across the software stack. We turn Enterprise IT from a bottleneck to a driver of innovation velocity.

Role Responsibilities
As Executive Assistant at Conduct, you will be the force multiplier for our founding team. You will protect founder’s time, keep priorities moving, and make the company feel sharper through how you run the day to day. This is a high trust role where you will be close to decisions, context, and pace.
You will be the trusted right hand to our founders, anticipating needs, handling complexity before it reaches them, and creating calm through great execution.
Own complex calendar management across three busy founder schedules, including prioritisation, sequencing, and conflict resolution
Coordinate high stakes meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, investors and partners
Drive meeting excellence: agendas, pre reads, briefing notes, dial in details, follow ups and action tracking
Own travel planning end to end, including multi stop itineraries, last minute changes and smooth logistics
Draft and manage external communications where helpful, including replying on behalf of founders with a calm, warm and polished voice
Monitor and triage inboxes where needed, acting as a first line of defence and ensuring nothing important drops
Support board and investor rhythm: scheduling, materials coordination, note taking where needed and tight follow through
Support recruiting logistics: interview scheduling, candidate experience, and internal coordination
Handle founder admin that creates leverage: expenses, reimbursements, document management, signatures and light operational projects
Build simple systems that scale: templates, checklists, operating cadences and ways of working that reduce noise
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone exceptional. Not just organised, but thoughtful. Someone with strong judgment, high velocity, and the emotional intelligence to operate alongside founders in build mode.
You might be an experienced EA, or someone in a high trust coordination role who already operates like an EA.
You likely have:
Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast moving environment, with high ambiguity and high standards
Excellent calendar control and the confidence to push back, reframe and protect focus time
Strong stakeholder management, you can be warm and direct, and you handle senior external contacts well
Excellent written communication: clear, calm and polished
High discretion and maturity with confidential information
A proactive mindset: you anticipate problems early, unblock quickly, and follow through relentlessly
Comfort with pace and context switching, without sacrificing quality
Taste and care: you make things feel sharp and considered, even when it is busy
