About the Role
We are seeking a highly execution-focused Executive Assistant, Commercial Operations to support leaders and teams across operations, product, marketing, and design. In this role, you will be responsible for creating structure, improving workflows, and ensuring operational rigor across multiple teams.
You will act as a central operator - owning coordination, documentation, and follow-through so commercial leaders can stay focused on strategy and delivery. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires strong operational instincts and business judgment.
Responsibilities
Own calendar and scheduling workflows across multiple commercial leaders and teams, ensuring priorities are clear and time is used effectively.
Drive operational cadence for GTM by tracking goals, timelines, action items, and deadlines across operations, product, marketing, and design.
Build and maintain structured documentation, meeting notes, and operating processes in Notion.
Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for reviews, planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
Coordinate execution of key initiatives by aligning stakeholders, surfacing blockers, and ensuring accountability.
Support office operations, travel planning, and logistics with precision and efficiency.
Manage access, credentials, and operational tooling using Google Workspace and 1Password (preferred).
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce friction, and increase operational leverage across teams.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or program coordination roles, ideally in a start-up environment.
Proven experience supporting multiple teams or leaders in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Strong operational mindset with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
Advanced proficiency with Notion and Google Workspace; experience with 1Password is a strong plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows.
Clear, concise communicator who can partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
Comfortable holding teams accountable and driving follow-through.
Salary & Benefits
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 base salary
