The Executive Assistant (EA) plays a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and enabling operational excellence across the organization. This individual provides proactive, high-level administrative and strategic support to a group of leaders, helping them focus on the firm’s most critical priorities. Responsibilities
Provide proactive administrative and strategic support including complex calendar management and prioritization across multiple time zonesAct as a key liaison between leaders, internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and decision-makingPrepare and organize materials and logistics for meetings, presentations and strategic discussions; ensuring timely follow-up on action items and deliverablesMaintain and update CRM (Intapp) data to support relationship management and business development effortsTrack and manage key operational rhythms, firm initiatives and leadership priorities to ensure alignment with firm goalsSupport confidential projects, prepare correspondence and manage information flow with discretion and judgmentAnticipate needs and identify opportunities to increase MD effectiveness and efficiencyContribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive cultureShare and manage best practices Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program Located or willing to self-relocate to GurgaonFour plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant at an investment bank, private equity firm or top tier consultancy Superior written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquetteHigh degree of maturity with a proven ability to interact with senior executives, team members and external partnersAbility to successfully work in a small, collaborative team environmentEffectively communicates analysis through Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint including high-quality messaging, structure and formatting Eagerness to be responsive at all timesProven track-record of success in high pressure, time-constrained environmentsTop-tier organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-starter and entrepreneurial spirit
