The adventure started mid-2023 with three founders, former C-levels from fintech unicorns (Qonto and Swile) and highly experienced engineer from top-notch tech companies.
Since then we’ve raised €5M in pre-seed and €20M in Series A with tier-1 investors and built a team of 60 with a product operating with +90 customers across +20 countries (EMEA + US).

As an Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you play a central role in keeping the company running smoothly day to day. You organize internal operations, improve processes when needed, and ensure both the team and the founders have what they need to operate efficiently.
We are scaling fast — with offices in Paris and New York and more to come — and you will be directly involved in structuring and managing these offices as we grow, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience across locations.
This is a hands-on, operational role with increasing scope and ownership as the company expands.
The role is based in Paris.
Founders & Executive support
Organize founders’ schedules, priorities, and travel
Support leadership on day-to-day operations and logistics
Coordinate board meetings and key moments
Handle part of the administrative & finance workflows (Account payable, Account receivable, NDAs, contracts)
Paris and NYC People Operations
Run payroll and HR administration
Manage onboarding & offboarding end-to-end
Support employee requests and HR topics
Handle visas and compliance
Oversee freelance operations (contracts, invoices, reporting)
Office Management & team events
Manage and improve our offices in Paris (Morning Bourse) and New York (WeWork)
Oversee office operations (equipment, vendors, logistics)
Support new office openings as we expand
Organize team events, and offsites
Contribute to a strong, high-performance work environment
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
You have the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-growing, international environment
You have a strong ownership and a “make it happen” mindset
You are comfortable working closely with founders and leadership
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 3 years of studies
Fluent in English
