What We're Looking For:
- Expert cocktail-making skills with creative flair
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverage service
- Proven experience in upscale hospitality venues
- Outstanding customer service with warm, engaging personality
- Impeccable presentation and professional standards
- Valid driver's license - ESSENTIAL
- Must be resident in Hermanus with own accommodation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
