What we are looking for 

As a Facility & Office Manager at Novibet, you will be  responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administrative functions of the office and facilities.

What you will work on

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance and general upkeep of the office and facilities
  • Coordinate building maintenance, repairs and inspections with external vendors and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and address issues proactively
  • Manage space planning, office moves and workstation setup
  • Oversee day to day office operations and administrative procedures
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and inventory
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office related inquiries
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Track expenses, manage operational budgets and approve invoices
  • Assist with event planning, meetings and internal activities

 What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and building regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
