Position: Finance Analyst
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 110,000/month
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays; 10:00am – 6:00pm New Zealand Time (with flexibility as required); Full-time Remote

OVERVIEW:
This company is a diversified investment and operating group spanning commercial and residential property, renewable energy, infrastructure, and private equity across New Zealand, Australia, and China.
We are seeking a high-calibre Finance Analyst based in the Philippines to support our executive team with data-driven insights, capital allocation analysis, and operational financial discipline. This role is critical for driving ROI/IRR performance across our diverse portfolio and ensuring group-wide accountability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Portfolio Analysis (Level 1 & 2)
- Property Portfolio: Monitor rental income, arrears, and occupancy across NZ and AU assets (e.g., 280 Queen Street, Urban Hub).
- Operating Companies: Conduct variance analysis and performance tracking for entities like RCR Infrastructure and RCR Green.
- Capital Platforms: Support Key Capital (Hainan) and Global Capital with fund performance reporting and investor distributions.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling 12- month cash flow forecasts.
- Capital Allocation: Model ROI/IRR scenarios for new acquisitions, divestments, and capex projects.
- Reporting: Generate monthly management reports using Syft and Xero, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Governance & Systems
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate financial records across Xero and Re-Leased.
- Decision Support: Prepare board-level papers and decision logs within Notion.
- Process Automation: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial workflows, leveraging AI and integrated systems for enhanced efficiency and insights.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Experience & Capabilities
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3‒5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably supporting AU/NZ or international firms.
- Certification: CPA or CFA (Level 1 or above) is highly preferred.
Systems & Tools
- Advanced Excel: Expert-level financial modelling (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis).
- Systems: Proficiency in Xero is mandatory. Experience with Syft, Re-Leased, or Notion is a significant advantage.
- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding and practical application of AI tools for data analysis, forecasting, and process automation.
