UK’s leading translation and interpretation company Translation Empire is looking for a Finance Officer. Candidate must be proficient in English and able to manage the budget, prepare invoice reports and ensure all the financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically. We are looking for candidates who have attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
- Processing, billing, overseeing client accounts.
- Creating invoices and sending out to the clients.
- Following up with clients on any necessary paperwork.
- Re checking numerical errors.
- Work on payroll rates, actual and schedule hours, calculate errors, identify, and fix underpayment or overpayment and generate payroll forecasting.
- Assist in maintaining records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and processes.
- Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding timesheet and deadlines.
