We are looking for a Finance Process Analyst who is passionate about implementing lean processes, providing exceptional quality service, and driving key project initiatives that will help manage process improvements. The analyst will manage support inquiries from internal customers, implement resolutions, and propose ideas to address requests to support business growth. Additionally, they will work closely with Product, Operations and Technology to implement changes and new initiatives in finance. The role will provide an opportunity to learn about Almosafer business, a company dedicated to changing the travel industry in the MENA region.
The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly and effectively, manage high volumes of tasks and projects and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. The candidate will also be customer-service oriented and have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to easily switch gears.
