At Endeavour Group, we are embarking on a landmark transformation through our One Endeavour Program. We are seeking a Finance Transformation Partner to serve as a key architect in the design, build, and delivery of our future-state finance framework. Working alongside our technology partners (OneStream and Taysols), you will help replace legacy constraints with high-performance platforms for Financial Close, Consolidation, Reconciliation, and ESG reporting.

As a Finance Transformation Partner, you aren’t just implementing software; you are re-engineering the way we work. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our new solutions deliver faster month-ends, bulletproof governance, and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure automated workflows for Financial Close and ESG solutions, shifting the focus from manual intervention to value-add analysis.
• Partner with the Finance Transformation Manager and external consultants to ensure the OneStream implementation hits all milestones—from data migration to go-live.
• Uphold the Endeavour data governance framework and enhance financial controls to eliminate manual risks.
• Act as the link between Finance, Technology, and the wider Program teams, managing dependencies and driving business readiness.
• Define pre and post-Go Live KPIs to measure the success of the transformation and ensure new "ways of working" are embedded across the team.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

You are a mix of a finance expert and a digital innovator. You understand the complexities of corporate reporting, but you have the technical curiosity to solve those problems through modern platforms.

• 7+ years of experience within financial accounting, external reporting, or corporate finance teams.
• A proven track record of delivering finance technology programs with high user adoption. Experience with OneStream or similar EPM tools is highly regarded.
• Ability to review and summarize large volumes of data and document complex new processes methodically.
• A drive to meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining alignment across multiple supporting teams.
• A natural ability to engage with a large, diverse stakeholder group, demonstrating subject matter expertise with clarity and influence.
